Dr. Perin trained in Pediatric and Adult Allergy and Immunology at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. After completion of his fellowship, he returned to his home community to start a solo practice in Allergy.

Dr. Perin joined Allergy Partners family in April of 2014 as the only practice representing New Jersey. He has been a principle investigator in over 100 clinical research trials and the chairman of the Institutional Review Board at St Joseph’s Regional Medical Center, which oversees the safe and ethical conduct of human research. He sees upward of 10,000 patients a year.

“My clinical interest include a variety of conditions including food allergy, drug allergy and asthma. Our office is excited to offer oral immunotherapy in 2016 as a mechanism to create sustained tolerance for food allergy.”

Dr. Perin says he chose the field of immunology not only because it affects everything in the body, but also because he gets to treat patients of all ages. “You can see the spectrum of immune dysfunction from early to later life,” he says.

In his spare time he enjoys traveling with his wife and 3 children, running, road biking and yoga.
